Finger joint plate
Finger joint sheet is a single-layer wooden sheet made by connecting pieces of natural wood. In this method, large wooden boards are turned into small pieces of wood and it is formed by connecting these pieces of wood next to the finger joint plate.
The reason for naming finger joint sheet is the use of finger joints in its parts. Unlike chipboard and MDF, the Finger Joint sheet has a full wood structure, and the naturalness of the wood is completely evident.
The finger joint panel is used to make all kinds of wooden structures such as cabinets, table tops, chairs, stair floors, wall coverings, cabinet tops, etc.
Finger or shoulder joint is known as one of the resistant methods for connecting two wooden pieces. There is a difference between boxes made with finger joint joints and finger joint panel.
In a box made with a finger joint, four pieces of wood are connected with a finger joint or form a box; But in the finger joint panel or sheet, the situation is slightly different.
In these sheets, the pieces of wood connected together in the form of a profile are arranged next to each other and a plate is formed.
