What is ALPI coating?
Thin sheets made of wood are called veneer. ALPI is also an engineered Italian veneer made from fast-growing trees. The production process of this type of coating is done in 5 steps as follows.

1- Peeling: during the process of peeling the tree trunk; Thin sheets of wood with the same size are produced.

2- Painting: While the final color of the wood is specified, the wooden sheets are painted.

3- Press: The wooden sheets are all integrated under high pressure and by glue and form the ALPI trunk. The trunk of the ALPI tree is curved so that special and ideal wood veins are formed.

4- Cutting: The trunk of the tree is cut and reintegrated so that the patterns and final color of the cover can be customized according to the ideal design.

5- Cladding: the trunk of the ALPI tree is cut into sheets to produce decorative sheets and the cladding process is done.

In the pictures below, you can see the ALPI coating process.
