What are ALPI woods?
ALPI S.p.A. is the first and largest producer of composite wood decorative surfaces. Composite is a combination of natural wood processed with other materials, which is known as engineered wood and is very strong and durable.
Pietro ALPI was the founder of ALPI company in 1919. This company is equipped with modern technology with an area of 180,000 square meters in Italy and 346,500 square meters in Africa. ALPI Group’s activity in Africa started in 1975 and in the same year ALPI started the first planting in the city of Cameroon to supply raw material. After that, all ALPI veneers are produced from trees cultivated by this brand.
